If you have a sim that wants to lead a life of luxury and excess this lot is for them. This lot was created to fill the empty lot at 64 Applewood Lane in Bridgeport. From an aerial view the lot blends nicely with the other lots already there. Theirin boasts an open, two-story foyer that houses the main staircase (another staircase is near the back of the house by the butler quarters); light wood throughout with dark wood and metallic accents); several bedrooms (I listed it as having 4 but you could easily rework rooms to have 5-6); private quarters for the hired help; laundry room; study/office; formal dining room; family room; spacious kitchen with professional bar installed; master bedroom suite with attached bath and balcony; nursery ready for twins; exercise room; two fireplaces; an elevator to all floors (even the basement); and three-car garage with plenty of extra room for all those toys. After all that there is even yard left to plop down a telescope or add a garden. The basement is fun for everyone with a pool, hot tub, bubble bar, band stage with all instruments, professional bar, and shuffleboard. The wraparound porch will be a bonus to those outdoorsy sims. Since everything is contained inside the structure this would be a wonderful home for vampires. No more waiting for sundown to have fun.
