Hi Melissa, sorry about the slow reply. You asked me a while ago about how to get premade sims to show in-game. They should show up under "create a sim" and then "premade sims". That said, custom content (like hair) will not auto download with sims, you need this seperately, so if you have stuff missing, they will look different. For this sim, all items I used are listed in the credits, so you should be able to get him as he was intended. Good luck, if you have more questions just send me a message
