Located at 100 Redwood Pkwy in Sunset Valley. This two bedroom, two bath beach home looks over the ocean of Sunset Valley. The family room is sunken to ground level with floor to 2nd floor ceiling windows, and glass roof. The downstairs has an open entryway with plenty of space to add some personal touches, and it also has a small bed and bathroom, with and a door leading down into the garage. The second floor has a kitchen, dining, living, and bathrooms. It's a nice open floor plan so you have plenty of room to create just the right homey feel. There's also a half wall allowing you to look down into the family room. The top floor is a large bedroom that leads out to the roof patio.

Outside is a pool, next to the pond that runs along one side of the home, a great place to go fishing. Or else you can entertain on the grill while watching the moon rise high in the sky.
