This lot is on a 40x40 lot built in Sunset Valley. It has two floors and a basement. The main floor features the entrance, two door garage, big kitchen, dining room, big living area with fireplace, sitting/relax area, 1 bathroom. The top floor has a study, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite. In the basement there is a bathroom, man cave and gym.

This is my second upload to TSR, hope you guys like it! This is kind of a dream home idea of mine :)
I am going to be using this lot for one of my own sim families so I did build this house with that idea in mind, but left the two bedrooms as spare/plain rooms and with tons of space to do more of your own decorating. I also did not put anything in the backyard and didn't go over board on decor inside or out as I tend to get lost in the world of custom content and also to keep file size down, but did a bit to make it look cozy and roomie in the pictures. This house could also have more bedrooms if you change the rooms around.
Right now I only have Ambitions, University Life and Island Paradise installed.
