Some years ago I built a ranch for Barbara. My Sim sister and dear friend from Texas. It was of course stacked with a lot of CC so I never thought about uploading it. Well, things change and so, here it is! A big family ranch with stables and a two car garage. A master bed and bath, a spacious kid - teen bedroom, an ensuite guestroom a nursery. Loads of room for a horse or two. Very suitable for a country loving family with children.

I have all EP's and SP's installed on my computer. I try very hard not to use any stuff packs. I believe I have not used any into the future items. The lot is built on a 50x50 and exported from Twinbrook. It will fit very nicely in Appaloosa Plains on 37 Eucalyptus Drive. You might want to put it on an even bigger lot is you want some more room for the horses.

You might encounter some ghost floor tiles. Just delete them by using the bulldoze tool.
