This is my first upload. It is a house I made in Sunset Valley. If you want it to work properly, you have to go to "Edit Town" (before creating your sims) and change the Sunnyside Strand beach on the far left from a public place to a regular residential place by clicking on it. And then use the bulldozer on the lot and then place a copy of this house onto the lot. I have Showtime, Generations, and Pets but you only need the base game!!
It is mostly furnished. There are no empty rooms. Two bed, two bath, two kitchen (inside kitchen and outside grill on third floor terrace). Thanks a bunch!
