Hi Natheoni, thank you for your note about my lot, 'Black Pear'.  It does have some content from the EA expansion pack, World Adventures (even though it reads as 'base-game compatible').  I'm not sure if you have the WA expansion pack or not, but that may be the problem.  Alternatively, I do have an unfurnished version available on TSR as well.  Thanks again!

Withthe windows, they can be found at MTS2, there aren't that many there, so you can find them easily. But furnished wise, it is supposed to come unfurnished, I wish I could upload lots with their furniture, but ya know...creators getting snippy and such about their objects, blah blah blah.
