Hi! sorry for having problems with the community lot, but I've just installed the lot and I don't have any problem, you say that you "extract" the lot but when you download from TSR the archive is already in a .sim3pack format, it's not compressed, so it's weird, you can try to "double clic" on the .sims3pack archive so automatically the installing of the lot will proceed, and if it's not appearing on you "lots library" in the game, well, sorry but I have no idea what could be the problem, hope you can solve it.
