Hello norabd, you have downloaded the "Hospital Central Universitario" lot, ok, unzip the rar file and put all the files in the "tray" folder, the path is "Documents-ElectronicArt-Sims4-Tray". Open the game and look in your library, it should be there! Luck! And thank you very much for downloading my lot! A hug!
