Ah! The fresh smell of manure in the morning! What could be better than the rustic charm of life on an idyllic 2br 2bth goat farm, tucked away in the pastoral valleys of lush riverside fields? There's fresh produce grown by your sims' own hands, cows to milk, chickens, beekeeping, fishing...this is paradise!
I tried designing this lot in the style of early Medieval Hall Houses, with the hearthfire in the middle, the parlour/solar on the right side and the pantry/buttery on the left side, with the lofts on the upper floor. I kept a lot of the rooms unfurnished, to keep the file size down, but there's an empty room next to the kitchen with just a fridge in it -- that's the pantry (Id recommend putting a PC canning station or WA nectar machine there if you've got one) -- and there are two empty rooms on the right side of the hall. The one closest to the entrance I intended to be a study/workshop. The one in the rear closest to the stairs is a spare bedroom. The upper floor's only furnished room is the master bedroom -- I would turn the rest of the space into either a mead hall or play area or study. But do as you will. Enjoy!
