polorloidalls... Sometimes it does occur to me, mostly with hair for kids. This has nothing to do with the method I created the hair since it also happens to hairs by other creators in my game. Sometimes the games just hates CC. That's the truth. When that happens, put a Maxis default hair, then choose my hair with the correct color again.
