It's a four-storey building but has only ONE bedroom, two bathrooms and multiple living rooms. There are two small balconies and one large.
Everything is furnished in every floor, but you may move or edit as you wish. There are also many sim-made paintings and approximately 5 fish-bowls with 5 different fishes, but you may remove or change it if you want.
It's a pretty big house but there's only one bedroom so it's for only one Sim...then again, it's a bit toobig for one Sim. You can, however, change rooms and make them into bedrooms, or add more beds into the one-and-only bedroom; it's all up to you.
