Consider : since the expansion the university sims or Eco life, the producers changed the codes even some bones, in fact all the cc's prior to the update can present problems of this type.
I used Madlen boots. You can use them, they are probably useful for you. If it does not work for you, you will have to look for a more current option. Soon there will be more dresses of this style with more details.
