Hello reokx98! About my lot "Central Hospital". Once you have downloaded the lot, unzip the rar file. Put all the files in the "Tray" folder. Enter the game, go to "Gallery", then "My Library", click on "Include custom content" and you will surely see it!

Thanks for downloading my lot, I hope you like it. In the "Gallery" is the version of the Hospital without CC! ID casmarsims
