Sometimes it helps to refresh the page, or try with a different browser. I find google chrome is the best for me. There is also a handy extension for google chrome for TSR called CC Install Manager http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/install/id/1327071 , if you install this and go to TSR and the items you want to download just click on Intall with TSR CC manager and what that does is, it installs the item direct to your game. Hope this helps!
