You need to make sure you download the mesh and the dress. Once you have done that, extract them to the Downloads folder inside your "The Sims 2" folder. If you don't have a Downloads folder inside your "The Sims 2" folder, you will have to create one. Right click, select new, and then select folder. Then you will have to rename this folder Downloads. I hope that helps you.
