I strongly believe in constructive criticism. Although some people forget the constructive part of it, there is no shame in giving feedback about something, but keep it civil. Bashing and being hurtful never get us anywhere. Keep it at a level you'd want someone to express to you. That is all.

I'm open-minded to all thoughts, no matter how odd they can be. Yes, I have my opinions, but I will not hinder your thoughts. Suggestions, advice, and ideas are wonderful, I do take them into consideration. Although I decided whether to use it or not because any of these are given doesn't mean I'll take it. I will consider it though.
