So your simmies have been living in their money colored shack for quite awhile now and you have been happily playing them. But suddenly, they start whining about their needs! No, not *those* needs... the other ones! Suddenly, they want a *family* and *kids*! What's a Sim Diety like you to do? You could make them suffer to the end of their days in their tiny little shack with no bed, or you could... upgrade!

That's right! Upgrade! Being the kind Sim Diety that you are, you manage to help them scrape together enough money to enlarge the shack and tack on an actual bedroom to it. It's a decent sized bedroom, with an actual bed! Oh, and there's a crib too, for that eventual lullaby and the subsequent days of agony for the poor pregnant simmie. And luckily, your simmie had just enough money to buy up some property surrounding their shack. Now, not only do they have a larger (and more comfortable) home, but they have a lovely yard, too, with the same features to keep them self-sufficient (plus extras, like a parking spot)!
