Are your sims broke and out of cash? Are your sims graduates fresh out of school looking for their own place? Do they all want to be millionaires? Well, look no further! Th' Money Shack will make your sims millionaires instantly, all while providing them with a roof over their head!

Okay, well... not exactly millionaires. Like "Th' Sonny Shack", Th' Money Shack is just that - a shack! It's a cheap and affordable place to live... the only downside is that there isn't a bed. Nope! No bed! It does, however, come with a handy-dandy sleeping bag! They get to sleep out under the stars and get up close and personal with the wildlife. This tiny shack is a great place for eco-friendly, outdoor-loving sims who won't mind sleeping on the ground and fending off mosquitos! It was once a public outhouse (with the outhouse still intact! Imagine that!) and was built onto by some cheap sim who wanted a place to live but didn't want to spend a lot. While this shack won't make your sims instant millionaires, it will help them save some green.

Inspired by the same conversation as "Th' Sonny Shack". Built in a fully patched game with all EPs and SPs except Fast Lane, playtested for several days, and as a result, the garden has "nice" or "very nice" plants in it. This shack also has a tiny pond, so that your sims can be self-sufficient. This shack is also slightly more expensive than the other one, as I replaced the cheap shower with one of the nicer ones. Plop this baby on a larger lot and you've got yourself a great legacy starter house.

This is amazing! I was living in this cute mini house with a loft and deleted the bed to opt for a sleeping bag, so this is very relevant to my interests!
