Your poor destitue/evicted/teenaged sim has been working their pixellated little rear off to make money and squirrel it away. They haven't let cruel life dash their dreams - no! Instead, they have rather enjoyed living in their (tiny) humble abode, and now that they've saved up enough money, they're nagging you (don't they always)? Yes, nagging. They want a family (and a nicer stove, and a nicer fridge, and a... yeah, you know what I mean)! As such, you have finally given into their demands - now, having boughten the surrounding property, they are able to build on to their tiny home.

Enlarged, The Sonny Shack becomes a comfortable family home with a real living room, a larger eat-in kitchen, and two (TWO!) bedrooms! On top of that, the pond has been made larger, there are some lovely trees to give the yard some shade (garden's still there, too), and there's even room to park a little car.

Built in a fully patched game using ALL EPs and SPs except Fast Lane. Playtested briefly - everything works. The lot IS fully furnished, aside from the 2nd bedroom. That was left empty, so as to cut down on cost. As you can see from the overview, it is painted green, as I had intended it to be a unisex nursery.

Oh, and how this ended up being cheaper than The Money Shack Family, I'll never know.
