This is inspired by a condo design I saw in the papers on Sunday morning. After looking at it, I literally jumped over my couch to get to my computer to build it because it was so beautiful and sims 3 possible.

This lot consists of two houses and a common swimming pool, children's playground and underground parking space. It was hard constructing the swimming pool on top of the parking lot being a novice in using the constrainfloorelevation cheat. Hence, I'm pretty darn proud of myself for finally accomplishing it.

Each house consists of foyer and a kitchen (on the first floor), living room with a fireplace (on the second) and a master bedroom (on the third). I've only done the interior design for one of the houses so the other one's up to you to design to your liking.

Sims-wise I created two families in one before moving them in but it can get pretty hectic when you start playing. I'm not sure.. but is it possible to convert each house into separate lots but leave the pool as a community/shared lot??
