2nd floor - 2 bedrooms for 4 simes, second bathroom, exit to the balcony.
3rd floor - attic. on the third floor there is a small room with interactive simulators, where you can arrange a workshop.
There is a joke for the boat, the infinity pool. The site still has a place for gardening.

That's okay. It's still a great house and it's fun to play with. But it is a laugh to see the mail man put his swim trunks on and swim around to the mailbox. $\:D$

Yes, I also noticed that sims often behave inadequately when you need to go somewhere and get to the place where they are called not the most convenient routes. But if you play for a long time, you should notice that Sims have a routing problem, especially in the Paradise Islands. Unfortunately, it does not depend on me, sorry. The site has enough space for them to pass overland, but for some reason they do not give it. I check everything at home, before publication, and in this house they choose routes randomly.

Nice house. But it's annoying how sims go into the ocean and swim around to the back of the house to get inside or to the mailbox instead of using the front steps...everyone including the mail man does this. They get their swim suits on...swim around the back and up the slope next to the pool...lol?
