Luck that takes the form of finding valuable or pleasant things that are not looked for; that's what is serendipity. I started this lot with just a single picture of a modern house in Atlanta, USA. Well, it is almost impossible to recreate something from RL, but I got the idea and went on my own way. There it is, By luck it turned out the lot was agreeing with me and my moves.

It is modern and it had to be a compatible neighbor to the Owlsmoor Gateway next door. The main feature here is the giant live in kitchen downstairs. It has 2 bedrooms all the way upstairs, but the art studio for Freddie can be turned in to an extra bedroom. Each floor has a bathroom. I chose to have a pool. The land around the house is not much, you might as well use it to the fullest. That, of course, can be changed if you decide to place it on a bigger lot.

The lot was built in Twinbrook. I placed a new plot of land where the laundromat used to be. Freddie drives a Mini Cooper by FreshPrince. It is NOT in the download.
