Welcome to Bon Bini Beach. Bon Bini means welcome in Papiamento, the local language of the Dutch Caribbean ABC Islands Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao.
It is the perfect place if you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday Sim life. Now it is time to compose that song or write that book for which you need the solitude. Or you could just hang around in your hammock listening to the seagulls. When you plan to bring a mate, make sure you like them enough to share one bed and one bath with. The lot is large enough may you consider to add some rooms. The lot belongs in Sunlit Tides but it can look good in Island Paradise if you don't mind all the tourists!

The TSR Creations below were used in this Creation.
The house is built on a 50x50 lot. The house is centered on it so you can adjust the edges when placing it somewhere else than Island Paradise or Sunlit Tides. The boat might be floating somewhere in the air.... just pick it up and lower it. For the boat to work you need to place it on a beach. I have all EP's and SP's installed (except Katy Perry stuff), you'll need IP for it to work correctly.
