Welcome to MIRAGE.
This is a twist on the usual dual occupancy idea.
It looks like two separate houses on the one block, but looks are deceiving.

Mirage is actually comprised of two connected wings. One for the parents and one for the younger adults.
The four story wing is the parents retreat. It comprises large comfortable and cosy living room, a family sized kitchen/dining room, guest bedroom, laundry, library/writing room, and a couple of
bathrooms. The top floor is the parents retreat/sleeping area with own master bathroom.

The three story wing is the young adults domain.
This comprises a teenager orientated anti boredom floor, complete with bubble machine, dart board, television, music center, dance floor and instruments for the musical ones in the family. The girls have their own floor , very prettily furnished and decorated. the top floor is the boys domain and it also is furnished in a way to suit the style of most male teenagers. Spare beds on both floors to acomodate the
friends sleeping over and plenty of stuff to keep them entertained.

Both wings are connected via a walkway between the third floors. This connects the family kitchen to the boys floor.Circular staircases provide access to the different floors in both wings. Also, there are intercom systems in place to allow quick vocal access to anyone on any floor.

The rear of the property is very cleverly set out, with areas to keep everyone in the family happy.
There is a pool area, two outdoor hot tubs, a huge paved barbeque area, complete with big barbeque, outdoor fridge, plenty of comfy seating and umbrellas to keep everyone in the shade, and fire pit.
There is a very pretty pond, complete with resident dragon.
Right at the back fence is a basketball court, so the youngsters can expend all that extra energy and keep fit.
Pride of place in the center of all this is a beautifully landscaped Victorian style garden. With a stunning central water feature, plenty of seating and bright colorful plants, this is a lovely quiet place to sit and meditate, or simply, stop to smell the roses, so to speak.
Stylish paved pathways connect all areas of the backyard and it is extremely low maintenance.
The property is fully fenced and has security gates at the front entrance. This opens to the carport for the family car.
This house is fully furnished and tastefully decorated throughout and is secure and private. It has the latest
appliances and fixtures, all of which make it the complete package.

So, if your kids think they are old enough to leave home, but you don't, here is the perfect house to solve that problem. Kids have their relative freedom, but still close enough for
moms to not suffer empty nest syndrome and be able to keep an eye on them. Keeps everyone happy until they really are old enough to leave home, in which case, there is now plenty of room for the grandkids. LOL
