Raspberry Creme is a 4 story, immaculately furnished and decorated home. Starting with the well manicured lawns, landscaped hedging, gracious date palms and raspberry and creme color exterior, then continuing with the well presented interior, this home will delight even the most discerning Sim.

Entering the property you walk up the front steps and enter the foyer. With an open fireplace, comfy seating, bookshelves and water feature it offers a warm welcome. Through the double doors and you are in a spacious living area. Here there is an open fireplace, luxuriously comfortable seating, cinema screen television, a bar, bookshelves and stereo system.

Off to the left of this room is the modern kitchen, complete with dishwasher and garbage compactor. It has everything the fussiest chef could want- overhead hanging brass cooking pots, wok, coffee machine, an island counter with seating, refrigerator and soft drinks refrigerator and, lastly, plenty of bench and cupboard space. There is access to the front yard from this room.

Through an archway to the formal dining room and you will find a dining table with seating for eight, a buffet hutch for your collectibles and a sideboard. There is access to the laundry (with a toilet) from the dining room. From the laundry, you have access to the back yard with clothesline and spa deck.

Once outside, around the corner of the house you come to the swimming pool area. With another spa deck situated in the middle of the pool, complete with water fountain feature, lots of loungers around the pool for relaxing and also a poolside bar - the perfect place to while away those lazy summer days.

Back into the house and into the living room, past a circular staircase, you come to the
home office/study/library. With open fireplace, desk, computer facilities, comfortable seating and bookshelves. No excuses for not keeping the workbooks up to date , or the homework. There is even a skeleton for that budding anatomy student. Directly outside the study entry is the door to the first floor bathroom. Very elegant and generously sized.

Back to the circular staircase and upwards you enter the Second Floor. As you step off the staircase, you will feel as though you have just entered a fern forest. Above you will see the stars at night or the clouds during the day as it is open to the sky. With fern murals covering the walls, a relaxing water feature for ambience and generous seating, it provides a lovely place for relaxing and brings the outside inside, without the maintenance required by a real garden area. Doorways along this area lead to the bedrooms. Here you find the Master bedroom, containing a lavish four poster bed, ornate carved blanket box at the end of the bed, open fireplace, seating to relax on in front of the fire and generous built-in robes for your clothes. This bedroom has its own spacious bathroom complete with corner bath, shower, mirrored walls and two vanities. One for him and one for her.
There are two more double bedrooms on this floor, with their own bathrooms, and a single bedroom with bunk beds that is perfect for the young males in the family. It comes complete with a race car mural covering one wall, a desk and a small television.
There is a large games room which features a pool table, bubble machine, chess table, open fireplace, more seating, sound system and bookshelves,
and a fifth bathroom.

Up the stairs again and you enter the third floor where you will find the well equipped gym, an undercover entertaining area with jukebox, bar and barbeque. There is a buck and chuck bronco ride , portable Gnubb game, table tennis table and more loungers, complete with umbrellas for shade. From here you will have uninterrupted views of the ocean and the town.

Up an external staircase and you come to the rooftop relaxation area. Semi covered with glass half roof, you can relax in the chairs around the brazier and chat or simply just watch the stars. Or you can practice your golf on your own Slice of Life golf driving range.
Whether active or not so active, the entertainer or the homebody, this home comes with everything you will need for a luxurious and eminently comfortable life style and then some.
