Redcliffe is a stunning house set on a clifftop.
It has lovely red brick exterior and timber interior.
One of the main features is off street parking courtesy of a sunken garage situated at the back of the house.
As you approach the front door, you are greeted by two fountains complete with landscaped gardens.
Outside features landscaped gardens and paved walkways.
Once inside the front door you are in a small entryway. complete with coat stand and hall table. there is also a beautiful wall aquarium.
To the left and you enter the dining room/ kitchen area. Plenty of seating around the dining table and a lovely timber kitchen with all amenities.

Turn right in the kitchen and you enter the living room. A T.V, computer desk, comfortable armchairs and sofas are found here, along with a quiet corner to sit and read or just meditate.
First door on the left is the utility room and a main stream bathroom.
The second door leads to the main bedroom , which has a connecting bathroom. This bedroom features its own outside deck. Here there are comfortable loungers so you can relax in privacy.
On the back wall is a door to the second double bedroom. this room shares the connecting bathroom with the main bedroom.

A circular staircase takes you up to the second deck area.This is for general use and has bar.b.que, loungers, easel and telescope. Both decks give spectacular ocean views that are the best around.
Being fully furnished and decorated throughout, this house is ready to go. Move in, put your feet up and enjoy.
