Shamrock House is a three floor house.
It features glass roofs over pool and main area of house, allowing lots of natural light in, giving it a bright airy atmosphere.

Ground floor is the pool floor. Inground pool, stereo, wet bar, tables and chairs and loungers beside the pool. Access is available to an
outside barbeque and picnic table.
A circular staircase on the pool floor gives access to all levels, or the external stairs in front of the house give entry to the main living areas.

2nd Floor
Large office, generous living room, bathroom, entry foyer and huge kitchen/dining area with breakfast nook.

3rd Floor
This is the sleeping area and features 3 double bedrooms. One with tv and boombox. Two main bedrooms have access to their own bathrooms. There is also a single boys bedroom, and a small reading nook on this floor. This floor also has access to an outside balcony featuring an artists easel, and two comfortable patio chairs.
