Welcome to SURF'S UP, the ideal beach house for all you surfers out there.
Sitting right on the edge of the beach on Sunnyside Boulevard, this awesome four bedroom, four bathroom house is just what you need to keep you having fun in the sun. With a short stroll out your back gate to the beach, this is every Surfers dream.

Ground floor consists of inside/outside swimming pool, complete with lazy loungers and music.
Through the glass door and you are in the formal dining room, complete with a stunning inbuilt aquarium, this room is great for balmy summer night dinner parties, from here you enter the media room, with plenty of comfortable seating, cinema screen T.V. and a small computer area. Around the corner is a spacious and well equipped kitchen, perfect to satisy the cravings after that last surf.

Up the circular stairs and you enter the second more private lounge area. Again, plenty of comfy seating to be found here. There is a small bathroom here and also, the main entrance from street level. A feature of this level is the sun room. With glass walls allowing full views of the pool below, and the not so distant ocean, this room provides plenty of scope for relaxing. Once again, lots of comfortable seating here too.

The third level is the sleeping area. Here you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two single bedrooms with an interconnecting bathroom, and two double bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. Plenty of privacy for your family, friends or guests.
There is a off street parking with a two car garage for your dune buggy and storage for your surfboards. Access to the house is available from street level via front gates.
