Welcome to The Boathouse.
This house came to being because of a desire to live on a houseboat. Only problem,
there was no water due to a long standing drought. So I did the next best thing,
built a house, included an atrium, complete with pond, thus bringing the water inside.
Now I had water, and The Boathouse, and my desire was partially quenched.
I have lived here quite happily for many years now, but now, the time has come,
albeit reluctantly, to sell.
The drought has broken, the river is flowing and I can finally achieve my desire completely.
So, I am offering YOU the chance to purchase this uniquely designed property.

Included are, two levels of fully furnished and decorated living areas.
first floor has 2 bedrooms with adjoining ensuite, master has it's own private
water closet. A stunning atrium takes pride of place on this floor.
Imagine waking up and as you walk out your bedroom door, you are treated to the
sight of a lovely lily pond and the surrounding greenery. The perfect way to
create a serene start to your day.
Glass walls enclose the Atrium, adding to the sense of being
outside. There is a feeling of light and freedom and spaciousness.
An outside patio makes the perfect entertaining area.

The second level contains the Living room, fully appointed kitchen, second
bathroom and the entry foyer. This leaves the bedrooms downstairs undisturbed by
visitors, offering complete privacy.
This second level also includes a walkway that offers a view of the downstairs
Atrium. A verandah on this level offers almost a 360 degree viewing platform. A
b.b.que and loungers affording a place to relax, entertain or just enjoy the
scenery.

For those who harbour a similar desire, this house is perfect, and, although I will
miss my Boathouse, I know you will treat her kindly.
