Casa Piccolino is small, traditional tuscany styled home. The house is warm and lovely place for at least three Sims (parents with child). In the garden there is grill area with the wood fire oven and small vegetables garden. The house is very playable and looks great in Monte Vista (but of course you can place the lot in other worlds too).
This time I used more Store and CC stuff than usual but I still hope you will like the house. :)
It is completely furnished, landscaped, tested and ready to play.
