ParkWay is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] or claim it as your own work . I have the following installed on my base-game: WA/A/LN. HELS/FL/OL. My game is fully patched. I have also run the TSR Rigfix patch on my CC folders. . . . Beds and baths used in my build are EA defaults. . . .. .ParkWay was built on the 40x30 lot at 250 Redwood Parkway, Sunset Valley.
