Summerwood's is the ideal family home for a large family. Containing 6 bedrooms, which could be converted into an office, playroom, games room or an extra living room. Also containing, kitchen, separate dinning room, living room, downstairs toilet, double garage, bathroom and laundry room. The back garden is an average size with a decking and seating area. The front garden contains a porch and 2 parking bays.

I furnished the house using only content that came with Sims, Generations, Pets, Seasons and Town Life. Every room was decorated to suit a large family, making bedrooms unique. A nursery suitable for a baby girl. One bedroom was done with a horse/stable theme, suitable for a girl child/teen. The second bedroom was done for a knight/castle theme, suitable for 2 boys child/teen. The third bedroom was done with a polka dot theme, suitable for a girl child/teen. Master bedroom was basic for adults. I converted one of the bedrooms on the second floor to an office. I made sure the back and front garden suitable for a family home. I also included objects for a pet too.

Any of these rooms can be changed to suit your sims family.
