I built this ranch for Appaloosa Plains. In my game I use it as stud farm for my unicorns . This house is suitable for 4 sims, a toddler, a dog, a cat and two horses/unicorns.
Outdoors you find a little pond with fountain, two stables, a dog house, two car parks, deck chairs, outdoor dining and a playground for the children.
On the first floor you find a kitchen with dining area and reading area, an indoor pool with bar and workout machines and a bathroom.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a livingroom.
I've used no CC and no EA Store items.
