Created for: The Sims 3

The Quaint Courtyard is a lovely place for a Sim family that likes the simple life.
I got the idea to this when we were looking for a new flat and went to a yard that was similar to this
to visit one.

When you've passed the huge entrance door you find yourself on a beautiful yard, surrounded by this old building.
On the left is a garage where you will have a car and a place for some repairs (for car and decoration Fast Lane Stuff is needed),
some storage rooms and a room with a nectar squeezing machine. In the left back leads a passage to the vegetable garden
behind the house. On the right side is the residential area. Behind the door on the first floor you have a kitchen, a dining room,
a spacious living room, a small toilet and the washing machine. When you follow the stairs to the second floor you will find
a kids bedroom (recommended for girls) with one bed for a baby/toddler and one for an elder kid, one bedroom (recommended
for an elder boy) with a single bed and the master bedroom. Two bathrooms make sure that no one has to wait for too long in the morning
while getting ready. I tested it ingame and it should work. Happy Simming. :)
