Created for: The Sims 3

Based on the real life Tryon Palace, built in the mid 1700s, in New Bern, North Carolina. The palace was the official residence of the state governor and his family. It burned to the ground in 1798 and was left as a ruin until the 1940s, when it was rebuilt as a tourist attraction. Fortunately for your Sims, it has been completely renovated and modernized on the inside. The main house features four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, a laundry room, an eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, living room and office. The East house, which used to be the kitchen and servants quarters, has become an all around gym-game room-hobby room, with one bathroom and two small bedrooms. The West house remains a stable, as it was before. The extensive gardens contain formal areas with fountains and a small vegetable area with fruit trees.
