If you should ever condescend to purchase -- or enter -- one of the special coffins available here, feel free to visit this 1br 2bth funeral home! Whether you manage to leave in one piece is another matter entirely... Inspired by The Undertaker's Funeral Parlour from the gothic/Victorian horror anime Black Butler. Other than the actual parlour room and the facade, the rest of the lot was totally made up by me. I added a morgue/office on the ground floor, and the upper floor is the living quarters, with a master bed and bath, and a small EIK. And just to eat up space in the rear of the lot I threw in a mini graveyard, complete with a mausoleum and some parking spaces at the gate. Enjoy, and happy Halloween~! ^-^

The Undertaker wall art was made by me and is also included in the lot.
I took out the tapestry wall art I made (again) cuz it's just such a big file, and I was trying to keep the file size down. But it's at http://murfeelee.tumblr.com/post/96542101256/ornate-dump in case you're interested in getting the gothic wall art.
What's also not included and what I HIGHLY recommend is Mitarasi's Japanese Graveyard Set at http://mitarasisims2.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-51.html . You don't need it in order to install the lot, but still -- get them. (It's all package files, btw.)

Made with fully patched game and WA, AMB, LN, SHT, SN. SSNS, and ITF installed. (Lots of Supernatural stuff used.) All EA Store worlds installed (Gold), but you'll REALLY need Midnight Hollow and the Savvy Seller venue collection. Another venue I used a lot from is Grim's Ghastly Manor and Now and Then Manor. PC used includes the Gothique Spellbook and the Old Mill Tea Set. The L-stair is from the Old Mill set I think. I also used a lot from the Gothique sets and the free Halloween sets -- especially the coffins. I used a double door from the rococo set, Calligraphy wall art I think from one of the Lunar New Year sets, the stove is from Happily Ever After (I love that stove), and a bookcase from Fab Fiesta Hacienda.
