hi! 1st you need to unzip everything- the file 'melapples - yara kids room' and every cc you downloaded from the required tab. then place .package files in your MODS folder and the other 4 files in your TRAY folder. then open the game and open the lot you wish to add this room to. press 'ctrl shift and C' or 'command shift C' to open the cheats console. then enter these cheats- press enter after each one of them: 'testingcheats true'
'bb.moveobjects on'
'bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement'

now open your gallery (press F4), click on library, check the box 'include custom content' and search for Yara. a new window will open with the room details, on the bottom right there's a button with an arrow, click on it and you'll be able to place this room. use and the mouse to move it around. click again to confirm
